Prashanth (Prash) Poovaiah has over 17 years of experience in operations, project and transition management, business process re-engineering, business and marketing strategy and startup consulting. He has had ample exposure to and worked on key projects across technical/product support, customer service, financial services, and retail CPG and analytics, where he has been a driver of success, championing process and people deliverables. His previous assignments have been with Genpact India, Target Corporation, Convergys India Services, iSeva, and Talisma Corporation, where he has worked extensively with voice support, transaction processing, email and chat domains supporting clients across multiple geographies, including the US, UK, India, France, and Germany. Prash is a certified Lean Six Sigma green belt, and over the years has been responsible for driving various improvement projects that saved over $10 million for businesses he supported.
